Young Minds Crisis Messenger
Young Minds crisis messenger provides free, 24/7 crisis support when someone is experiencing a mental health crisis. For urgent help, text YM to 85258. All texts are answered by trained volunteers, with support from experienced Clinical supervisors.
Tellmi
Tellmi is a safe, anonymous app where you can talk about absolutely anything mental health related. Their moderators check everything to keep you safe and their in-house counsellors are always on hand if you need extra support.
Shout
Shout is a free, confidential, 24/7 text support service for anyone in the UK who is struggling to cope. To start a conversation, text the word 'Shout' to 85258. Trained Shout Volunteers are here to listen at any time of day or night and messages won't appear on your phone bill.
ChildLine
Childline. You can contact Childline about anything. Whatever your worry, it's better out than in. There are lots of different ways to speak to a Childline counsellor. Call for free on 0800 1111 or log-in for a 1-2-1 counsellor chat.

Kooth is a digital mental health support service. It gives children and young people easy access to an online community of peers and a team of experienced counsellors. Nip it in the Bud website includes mental health professionals produced FREE short evidence-based films and fact sheets to help parents, educationalists and others working with children. Topics include: depression, low mood, anxiety, Autism and many more.

Young Minds Parents Helpline is available to offer advice to anyone worried about a child or young person under 25. Helpline 0808 802 5544 (0930 -1600 on weekdays only).
