Class 2: Our Great Fire of London Day

See what Class 2 have been up to...
Mr Sime
We have had a wonderful few weeks. We have been story writing mad with loads of Traction man stories being written at home and at school. We started learning to count in 2’s, 5’s and 10’s to learn multiplication. Learning about rocks and soils by investigating the difference between Devon soil and Somerset soil. Plus, starting our new Geography topic about our wonderful world. We had a great morning revisiting all we learnt last term about the Great Fire of London when Sam from the museum came and planned some activities for us to do: writing with a feather quill, practising putting out a fire from 400 years ago and re-enacting what people looked like and dressed like.
