The children in Class 1 visited Pizza Express on Tuesday 4^th February.  They made pizza by spreading the tomato sauce and scattering the cheese on top.  Some children also tried some olive, tomatoes and onion!  The olives were not everyone’s favourite!! They also learned that a Margherita pizza is named after an Italian Princess and how the colour of the tomato, cheese and basil reflect that of the Italian flag.  Thank you Pizza Express for a lovely morning. The pizzas were delicious.
