At Blackbrook School, parents have access to a number of phone applications to support communication and day-to-day matters regarding their child's education. Arbor |
Arbor is our Trust's chosen Management Information System (MIS). This contains all statutory data about our pupils, including contact details, dietary and medical requirements and attendance. From September 2024, Arbor will also be used for club and trip payments and meal bookings. This is an essential application that we strongly encourage all parents to download and use. Scroll to the bottom of this page for a guide to download the app. |

Class Dojo |
Class Dojo is an online platform, only viewable to parents of pupils at our school. This gives parents a direct, remote means of communication with their child's class teacher. You can send your teachers direct messages through this application. Teachers check this regularly, but outside of usual school hours. This should not be used to share urgent or time-sensitive information. We also share updates about the school on Class Dojo, for example, to announce when letters are sent to parents (all letters are sent by email) and when we have updates. We encourage all parents to download this application as it is a very convenient way to communicate with teachers directly. |
